ABOUT THE TRAINER
Karen Tate, MBA, PMP, is the president and founder of The Griffin Tate Group, Inc. (TGTG), a WBENC--- certified business (womenowned) and PMI Charter Global Registered Education Provider specializing in training for the project management community. Her company employs a practical, interactive approach to teaching project management and leadership practices, processes, tools and techniques to professionals at all levels, at companies around the world. At the close of 2008, Ms. Tate completed six years of service on the PMI Global Board of Directors. She holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. In 2009, she received the PMI Fellow Award, PMI’s highest and most prestigious honor, for sustained and significant contributions to PMI and the project management profession.
