Writing Bid Winning Contracts

The Bidding workshop would be conducted in Delhi & Mumbai. The courses will have essentially the same content, forming the main part of the two day training course. The rules of what makes a good bid do not change regardless of the particular sector. The Workshop will add bespoke content to each presentation, dependent upon the questions we are asked in advance which would be captured using a pre workshop questionnaire. We allow time for dealing with delegate’s advance questions and will also research anything that we do not understand. The key here is not to try and tell delegates about their own individual markets but rather to help them to understand what makes a powerful bid and to understand why they will be chosen as a supplier

About the Trainer :

Marcus Eden-Ellis – Managing Director ; Bid Perfect Ltd


Marcus has held several key commercial roles in major organisations, most notably as Commercial Director for the US offices supplies giant, Office Depot. He has also held senior directorships with ISA Europe, France Telecom and Xerox.

Marcus founded Bid Perfect in the UK in 2007 and the company has grown to become one of the preeminent consulting and training organisations both in the UK and Europe. He is a sought after speaker at many high profile business events in the UK, on the subject of bids and tenders and the techniques he has developed are now in use in many companies. The Bid Perfect experience helps companies to identify their true value and then demonstrates how to express that in a bid or tender response. This allows a company to truly differentiate itself and will turn weak bids into winners.

Many companies have attested to the fact that their approach to bidding has totally changed as a result of the knowledge they have gained through attending the Bid Perfect workshop.

Marcus is also the author of many articles on effective bidding and is currently published in BusinessLife, the inflight business magazine produced by British Airways.
